If you're running a classic Scooby that's already been put through its paces, then the chances are you'll encounter a few mechanical problems as the physics-defying cornering takes its toll on the Impreza's components. Scoobys are complex beasts and a lot of mainstream garages won't touch them. Since Subaru's dealer network dissolved years ago, you can't fully trust a backstreet firm to know what they're doing and a few Scooby specialists do exist, but they aren't cheap to say the least. Unless you're lucky enough to know a competent mechanic you'll just have to undertake the work yourself.
